Scam! Rip-off artists now run by private equity with their plumbers on commission, they'll send out multiple people to quote who won't communicate together. When you are dumb enough to hire them for the overpriced job. They'll find something else that they should have diagnosed to begin with. Aren't they supposed to be the experts? It's awfully convenient that the diagnosis never match what you pay in the end. No matter what your problem is, it's going to be in the thousands and thousands of dollars. Avoid at any cost. How do they have a 4.8 rating in Google reviews? Private Equity bots! 5 star reviews for a discount, or just having their call center log reviews that vastly outrank actual customer. Something is rotten when every review remembers the first and last name of the plumber. Private equity is here to rob us all. Beware consumer.If a call center answers, call someone else.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hope Plumbing. They came to diagnose issues with our tub and showers, recommended repairs, and charged us for work that ultimately did not address any of the problems we originally called about. After the work was completed and the technicians left, I quickly realized that the original issues remained unresolved. The tub was still actively leaking, and the cartridge replacements they recommended did nothing to fix the lack of warm water and poor water pressure in our two showers. Frankly, I'm surprised they didn't verify that the fixtures were working properly before leaving. I had to call them back to report that the leak was still present and that the shower issues had not improved at all. Rather than fixing the problems they were originally hired to address, they proposed an entirely new diagnosis and quoted an additional $4,000 for further repairs. Given the inaccurate initial diagnosis, I have little confidence that this new recommendation is actually the root cause of the problem. After several conversations with their Quality Assurance team, the best resolution they offered was a $1,200 credit toward the new $4,000 repair. In other words, they expected me to spend thousands more dollars to solve the same issues that existed before they ever came out. At a minimum, I believe Hope Plumbing should refund the amount we paid for repairs that failed to address the original problems. That would allow us to hire a different plumber whom we can trust to accurately diagnose and resolve the issues.

New customer, had a fall furnace tune up. Was told by the technician that the heat exchangers were rusting and Immediately set up an appointment with their salesman for new furnaces. Upon further research the technician never did a pressure test on the exchangers as recommended by Lennox. Surface rusting does not indicate failure according to Lennox. The salesman came, spoke in generalities about what they would provide, never performed any load calculations I asked about - just sized replacement based on what we have and sent a quote in 15 minutes. Their rush to high pressure sell (and not service) furnaces is obvious. The quote does not capture anything we discussed (filter box size, cabinet, removals, warranty), doesn't say what kind of furnaces he specified...completely generic - simply furnace #1, furnace #2 and managers "discount"....and a place to sign it! It did not include the additional work we asked him to quote. I can only assume we would get whatever furnace they can find on discount that meets the BTU spec. Really disappointing...had hoped for more. Avoid if you want an objective analysis and well thought out solution to your heating concerns. If you want a "buy whatever product we are pushing this week", this is the company for you.

Work was done right .I want a break down on parts and labor they won't give me . Say because they use a flat rate they can't separate it . Won't never use them again

Quick to diagnose a problem, but incorrectly

After paying Hope almost $1700.00, our plumbing problem is now worse than ever. We went to the local plumbing supply store to get new fixtures, and the man working there said he would give us the names of some "good plumbers" when we picked up our order.

I was under contract of purchasing a home at the end of April when I brought Hope Plumbing in to attempt a sewer cleaning and inspection. The camera they used wasn't very good as the video couldn't determine the blockage. They went ahead and quoted to repair the blockage by a spot repair or full line replacement. When I negotiated with the seller, I shared with them the quotes I received. They chose to pay for the spot repair because it was the cheaper of the two options. After closing Hope comes back out and tells me it's going to be 40% more than the original quote. That was 1000s of dollars that could have been negotiated for if they quoted properly. I was told they messed up the quote but won't do the work for the original price. They then refused to offer any other concessions or offer any other options. Lack of customer service and lack of experience deserves a one star.

I got estimates from hope double prices compared to another company bad bad never ever use again ripped.
