The employee came out and couldn't figure out the problem with our tankless water heater. He called Winthrop supply for some advice. I agreed to almost $800 worth of work because "it had to be done to fix the problem" and when done we still had the problem. I called the manufacturer of the Tankless Water Heater, took some photo's and within hour they recommended a fix that cost me less than $10. Paid a handyman to install it and when done the total fix was about $50 because I didn't want to go up on a ladder. Had I been willing to do it myself it would have been the $10...

Technician was great and work done was great. The company is very pricey.

Hi, we Had Hope Plumbing out for two jobs. Josh did a great job fixing our ancient basement plumbing. He also installed a gas tee so we can run a line outside to a fire pit. He thoroughly answered a text we sent him the following week regarding our gas line installation.

Hope Plumbing saved us a substantial amount of money compared to other plumbers we had quote the job. We had a clog in our main drain to our septic System in our older home. They did the job for a few hundred compared to the thousands another plumber quoted. Hope Plumbing is now our go to for all our Plumbing needs.

I would give his work five stars but he left more of a mess than normal. Splashes and dirty marks on lots of the bathroom walls and the basement even worse

Techs are slow and look for ways to void warranties so they don't have to warranty faulty equipment.

EXCELLENT communication via email and cellular phone. Very COURTEOUS employees. Few issues, all were resolved. Although a bit pricey, this could be one of those "you get what you pay for" businesses and they stood by their original price quote throughout the completion of the rather involved job. THANK YOU!
