This company is bogus. I too have ordered masks and a week ago and have received no notice of a shipping date. No phone number to be found. As mother said, when you email them, all you get back is an automated email saying you've reached them during non-business hours. I'm calling my credit card company tomorrow but usually when you willingly make a purchase it doesn't qualify as being scammed and you're out the money. I'm afraid that's what is going to happen.

We ordered masks and at-home test kits on Jan 6, 2022. To date no shipping information. We are in for more than $160 in the hole. To date no delivery nor reply to the email. I am asking my credit card to initiate a refund due to no merchandise received. Definitely a scam.

Please don’t order from this company, you will be charged right away and will receive nothing. There are many people that been waiting months for their purchase and have not receive anything. It’s been over a month for me, no response to my emails, 9 of them so far with no luck. There are a lot of negative comments on their Facebook page as well.

It's been 2 weeks since I places my order with this company and no communication what so ever. When I email them concerning my order, charges, and lack of delivery of merchandise and all i have received is an automatic email response saying I have reached them outside of their regular business hours. Apparently they don't have any business hours because I still have not received any correspondence from them at all. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, I'm calling my local news station so they can investigate this company and I called my back to dispute the charges. People are dying from this virus and these soulless people are taking advantage of people. I lost my aunt to covid-19 in 2020. We are trying to do our best to stay safe and this companies like these are just out to make a buck and don't care about anything except relieving hard working people of their money.

I ordered my masks January 15 and paid the extra for two day delivery. As I see by everybody else on this review I am caught in their scam too. Money was taken out of my credit card. Time to contact credit card to stop paying Update! As of today, January 28, 2022, I finally received my order which was ordered January 15th and I paid for two-day delivery. If this company would have contacted me about the delay and returned the extra money I paid for the two-day delivery I would have been happy. Sorry but I don't trust this company now.

I placed an order January 11th, followed up via email January 17th to check on a ship date. No response. So I took to the phone, they don't answer just a message for you to contact them via email. Then I tried their "chat" on the website... same thing. Canned response. January 19th they sent a penned letter to the Biden administration to donate 500,000 masks to the American public. I just want my 30 – KN95 masks. I have also filed a claim with PayPal per my purchase. Definitely don't buy from this company.

Do not order from this seemingly non-existent company! I placed an order on Jan 1st, they charged my credit card, but have not delivered as of today, January 20, 2022. Sent numerous emails and phone calls, but no response, no way to contact them. This must be an illegitimate company and I'm so sorry I didn't check them out further. I got their name while on iHealth site trying to find masks, tests, etc.

A strap broke on the first mask I tried to put on. The second mask tore on the bottom seam. Could not get a snug fit. My glasses continued to fog up. These are NOT at all effective masks, and the construction is very poor. These people should not be in business.
