Do not order from this company. Ordered masks on 4/4 and still have not received. The tracking number provided is no longer valid and the company refuses to provide a refund. I don’t think I will ever receive the product and no longer want to. Do not buy from them.

We ordered 50 KN 95 masks made in the USA from Hope Health Supply and found a certificate in the package that the masks were made in Jiang Yin City, Jiangsu Province, China on 2020-11-1.

Hello Jayant! KN95 masks are the Chinese version of an N95 masks. The fact that they are made in China is what makes them KN95 (it's like purchasing Champagne, which must be made in a region of France in order to be called Champagne). I have ordered KN95 masks from Hope Health Supply, and they fit well. Last time I ordered, I got hooked into ordering a UV Sterilizer wand. I didn't open it, so that I could read about it before using it. When I found out how dangerous and ineffective they are, I called to see if I could return it. They have a no-return policy. Because this has never even been opened, and I would have paid return postage, I don't trust this company anymore. They sell things without integrity.

This is clearly stated in our return policy on our website. As for the UV Wand itself, it poses no danger to you when used according to the instructions! Hello, I ordered from Hope Health Supply on 02/27/2021 and I got a form email saying they got my order. Then the next day they sent me a email saying they shipped it with a tracking #. The next day Monday 03/01 DHL said they have no such tracking #. WHAT is going on with them.

In our view, that's pretty great! As for your tracking number, sometimes it takes about 24 hours for your link to work. It's clearly stated in your shipping confirmation email, but we understand if you missed it! "Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status. PLEASE NOTE: Tracking number may take 24 hours to return information." I have purchased 25 of these masks so far and have found them to be the most comfortable, properly fitting, and breathable KN95 masks for my face that I have purchased anywhere! But, I do have concerns – 1. The US FDA says to only use KN95 masks that have received their "Emergency Use Authorization." Your product is NOT on their EUA list of KN95 masks. Saying your mask is "FDA Registered" is meaningless regarding its effectiveness. You claim your mask is 99% effective, yet it does not have "Emergency Use Authorization" from the US FDA. Why not? 2. Without the direct link you provided in an earlier review I read, I was unable to find anywhere at your website the lab report "...360062691193-Independent-Lab-Results-KN95-Masks" that you cite in that other review claiming its 99% effectiveness, which is great! If those results are valid, why don't you make it readily available at your website? [Late note: I still am not able to find the report at your website?] 3.ConsumerLab.com says not to use a KN95 "mask"that does not have GB2626-2006 or GB2626-2019 imprinted on it." While you state that your mask is GB2626-2006 on your packaging, it does not have that printed or stamped on the mask itself like most other brands do. Why not? [Late note: I have purchased only black masks, so stamp not visable on outside. I did find it stamped in tiny print on the (white) inside lower right corner. Thank you!]

All domestic establishments that manufacture, repack, or re-label drug products in the United States are required to register with the FDA. That includes masks. I do not recommend purchasing from this company if you want to get the products in a timely manner. I ordered over a month ago and it's been so long since they printed the shipping label, the tracking number expired before it's been even shipped to the distributer. I contacted customer service and got the same canned response about an increase in orders and weather. I ordered these waaay before the weather was bad. If DHL ever got the item I would contact them instead, but who knows where the masks are.

Beware! Don’t but they don’t stand behind the products they sell. This company is awful. The masks are poor quality and too small. Placed a sizeable order of kn95 masks framed in packages of 5 masks per packet. Opened one and realized they were too small for men. Asked to return the unopened packages and got a letter saying. “ Hope health supply is a family owned and Operated business committed to providing the highest quality products at affordable prices. Due to our highly affordable prices and strong demand, once your order has been placed we cannot offer any cancellations refunds or returns. Wishing you health and happiness. Signed: customer care experts at HopeHealth supply ...from our family to yours! When asked why that wasn’t on that that information wasn’t ready and available when I ordered they stated it’s on our website. Basically saying our family company screwing yours! Tough to be be you but thanks for your cash! The reply that it would be unsanitary is not true as all the items I was asking to return were factory sealed in the original bags that they were sent to me in. These could easily have been returned and sent out since they were unopened and brand new. I had offered to keep and pay for the one packet we opened that had 5 masks in in it. So I stand by my original review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am confused about the negative reviews on KN95 mask. I knew exactly what I was purchasing, a KN95 mask, not a N95 mask. They give you ways to test their product to show they do have very good filtration abilities. Perfect for home, office, stores, etc... I ordered 2/1/2021, received shipping email 2/4/2021, and received my order in Hawaii on 2/11/2021. I am extremely pleased with my order, the service, shipping time to Hawaii, and not to mention shipping was free. I have ordered several mask from China directly, from Amazon, etc. These are by far the best I have received since you can't find N95 mask anywhere, unless they are fakes.
