These masks are made in China!! No response from sending emails. I regret not reading reviews before purchasing since there is a no return policy.

I am still waiting for masks I ordered 8/31/2021. I had no idea it would take this long to come from anywhere in the US!

You think you are getting an American product because they say “fast shipping from the US”. The paper insert in the mask are Chinese, produced there. I could’ve bought that same thing at my local market and pay less. I wanted to buy American because of the people that have been impacted by Covid who need work. Also the other mask I bought which were American made came in a box. These came in a plastic bag and were bent up and in terrible shape.

My first order in June 2021 provided me with quality KN 95 masks. 2nd order delivered on 8/28/21 provided masks with holes and thin material. I had to throw them away. I received an email from Home Health Supply the next day stating they realize this product was not up to their standards and company would replace order at no cost to me and that l need not do anything further. Date today is 9/8/21 and l have not received anymore word about this replacement shipment.

Hope Health Supply sold me supposedly authentic KN95 masks. Knowing there's been a flood of counterfeit and substandard KN95s in the U.S., I checked and sure enough, the masks bearing this approval number were "abolished" and "superceded." Hope Health Supply did not respond to two emails regarding this. This is a big deal, because selling substandard masks endangers lives. I'm glad I caught it before trusting these masks to keep us safe.

Although, of course, not all masks manufactured in China are bad, we have seen an influx of poor quality masks as of late - and Hope Health Supply company seems to stock them! The 3-ply masks have that awful burnt plastic chemical smell, and the straps break every other time I go to put them on. Second, and more troubling, the company website misleadingly advertises FDA approval and that the company is a BBB accredited company. Neither is true. The FDA website has a searchable database of mask manufactures w/ FDA approval. Before buying, do what I should have done: ask the company to send you a link from the FDA website where their masks are listed. They won't be able to do it because the masks are not FDA approved. And the company knows this. Further, an FDA approved face mask is a medical device. That is precisely what FDA approval denotes in this context. Notably, though, despite prominently advertising FDA approval, Hope Health acknowledges in the fine print description on its product pages that the masks "are not intended for use in healthcare setting." Hmm. Third, they advertise that they are a BBB accredited business. I encourage you to head on over to the BBB website and check that one out for yourself. As of the date of this review, they are specifically listed as not being a BBB accredited business.

Ordered on 08/15 masks delivered on 0/28, made in China. They have not been approved by the FDA.

Terrible. The masks are frauds from China. They have giant lines of holes that would let droplets in/out. I think this is a fraudulent company from China pretending to be a reputable US-based company.
