I ordered 15 kn-95 masks and 10 Sweat Masks. We live in Arizona where the temps are often above 100 degrees. Upon receiving the package I opened a package of 5 kn-95 masks.. I attempted to try one on and the ear loop pulled out of the mask. I sent an email asking to return the products and have not heard from them. I would like to return the products for a refund. Use your own judgement about ordering these products.

These masks smell terrible! Do not buy!!!

Total Chinese made junk! I ordered masks from them last year and they were good quality and came with a certification inside the bag (which had their company info. and logo printed on it). I just purchased a new order and they are cheap counterfeit junk which came in a clear bag with no markings! Only a 2 layer instead of the 5 layer mask I got from my purchase last year. The masks are also larger than my last ones and don't fit nearly as well. They also have a chemical smell which prompted me to throw them in the trash (wasted $40). No customer service available through their phone or email contacts. Total scam of a company (located in Alabama) who uses the USA flag to sucker you in. Shameful business practices!

Non-existent customer service. Email stated my order was shipped 6 days ago & a tracking number was provided. There has been NO movement of the order since that time. No response to an emailed order inquiry from the company. Do not order from this company.

These masks are child size. They are VERY tight on me and my husband is not able to wear them at all. DO NOT BUY!

Received my order and am not entirely convinced that masks were kept as sanitary as they could have been. The masks were put into plastic sleeves in sets of 10 and then shoved into a plastic mailer. No product box in sight. AND one of the plastic sleeves was split open upon arrival, exposing the masks in that package to anything possible and pretty much rendering them useless.

I discovered KN95 masks through Hope HealthSupply on the internet. I was happy to learn that the KN95 masks we’re quickly available for my family and I. Once I had received my order for 60 masks,I tried one on and I thought the ear bands seemed very tight and thought I just happened to try on a defective one. I then tried another mask on and it had the same tight feeling around my ears. I then asked my son and husband to try one on and it was the same effect on them. I’ve purchased from other companies in the past and never felt the ear bands fit like this. I contacted the company and asked if they sold me Children’s masks and if this was their only size , that I would like to return and receive a refund. The packages came in sets of 10. I only opened one package. I was then told that masks are not returnable and they only sell one size. Their policy states they have a 45 day return policy and I contacted Hope Health System that very next day. They were very brief with me in my first and second email. It was as if I were pestering them. I’m a very dissatisfied customer and I will never order from this company again. Their customer service is not friendly and they do not want to deal with any complaints from a customer. I felt the need to write this review because I did not want another customer to go through what I had to.

The masks are super cheap and not as they appear on line. The nose piece is a super cheap metal that is exposed instead of white or imbedded into the fabric/material. For people with glasses it is ugly, unsightly and unusable -- just horrible!
