Mask are made in China which they fail to tell you. You can find mash made in the USA and also at a better price in Amazon. The USS mask are much more comfortable and breath easier. My opinion.

I ordered masks from them in early 2021 and they were great masks. Ordered more in July and they ARE NOT THE SAME PRODUCT. They are thinner, cheaper, and not as effective. I contacted them and they said they would not accept a return or refund. I will post pictures of proof is I can add them.

I ordered some N95 masks back approximately Oct. 16th but they NEVER CAME!! I emailed the shop and the guy says I'm out of luck, they don't plan on doing anything! However, I JUST CHECKED their tracking number and it says that USPS is STILL WAITING FOR THE PACKAGE!! Now, the guy after I spent a little over $80 says he will give me 10% off my next order. Like gee, THANKS!! Steer away from this company unless your willing to give money away.

I ordered kn95 masks and after the order came in I was notified that the order I received was not registered/approved by the FDA so I should dispose of them as a new order was on the way. The replacement order arrived promptly. However the first mask I used an ear loop broke from the mask making it unusable after the second wear. Then the second mask did the same thing, after only the first use, while putting it on.

DO NOT BUY FROM HOPE HEALTH SUPPLY!!! Why can't we give them 0 stars! I wish I had researched better. This company is absolutely the worst. First, the masks are not made in the US. They are made in China. Second, it took them 5 months to send the masks. Third, the alleged KN95 masks...are horrible. The quality is so poor, you can't even imagine. Don't waste your money.

I left a review right below this one. Ironically the masks came today, one day before I'm scheduled to depart for my trip. The company is literally the WORST COMPANY on the planet. l They never called back and the masks are literally half the quality as the ones my friend gave me a year ago. They seem like they wouldn't filter anything. Really BAD MASKS, and unbelievably BAD SERVICE! Don't order from these nasty middle-idiot sellers!!!

I ordered 15 masks in August of 2021 and today is October 11, 2021, and I have yet to receive my masks and customer service told me I can’t receive a refund. The customer service reps are only an answering service. The answering service says they don’t have a way to contact management. They can only take messages and send digital messages. Terrible service.

Paid to have order shipped in 3 days. It didn’t arrive in time for our flight. Quality of masks not great. One of the straps has come loose from the masks on nearly every one we have tried. My husband resorted to super gluing the straps. Should not have to do that.
