My cumulative cashback was over the $5 threshold in April. However, the company has not sent me the payment that I am entitled after two inquiries.

We pay our members quarterly, based on transactions in their account that have cleared 90 days. If you have transactions that have met this criteria, and your balance is above our minimum payment threshold, your cleared balance will be paid out at our next pay period. In addition, please make sure your payment information is up to date in your account at all times. When I got a new Roku TV the app no longer worked. Customer support kept asking for the same information over and over, but didn't solve the issue. Will just be streaming Kanopy in future

We heard back from the merchant, and, unfortunately, we cannot credit this order to your account. This order was credited to another website. In the future, please make sure Hoopla Doopla is the final click you make before you make your purchase, so the merchant credits us at the referring website.

I used their website to make a purchase at a partner website which had 6.1% cashback. It has been 2 months and I have not received the cashback and no proper response to my complaint about the missing cashback. Other sites like Rakuten are much more reliable and responsive if things don't work as expected. This service feels more like a scam where they get people to use their referral to get money but not give the user the cashback they deserve.

STAY AWAY and use other cashback sites that arent fraudsters. EVEN if Hoopla shows higher cashback use one that is reliable. I made multiple purchases, followed the terms of the cashback and then it was reversed same day. I guarantee you Hoopla will collect the referral from the website and pocket the entire amount for themselves.

Customer service ("Frank") only replies once and then never again. I have a cashback that was approved but then they added a negative cashback for the same amount so basically stole my money. No matter how many times I reach out there is no updates. This site is a scam and impossible to contact.

They're crooks. Bought an expensive mattress, account showed 2% after transaction, originally said 8% on site, then the cash back transaction disappeared completely. They won't respond to email. No payment In response to hoopa, I sent you more than ten emails with no response. The mattress was not cancelled. It's in my bedroom. Want a pic? Search for the email chain where your customer just called you crooks since you won't respond

We are sorry to hear you are having this experience with us. There are a few reasons you receive different cash back rates from the amount listed on our site for a particular merchant. Some merchants have terms and conditions, where certain items qualify for less than the base amount. These are listed on the merchants page. As for transactions "disappearing completely," this usually happens if there are returns or exchanges on the item, or order cancellations. All of our support ticket emails are typically responded to in the first 24-48 hours. If you have not received an update to your ticket, it is usually on the merchants end, as it can take weeks sometimes months for them to reply to inquiries, due to the high volume they get.

Hoopla Doopla is a SCAM!! They never send your cash back. After my purchase they conveniently removed the history of the activity from their site. They don't even respond to your emails. DO NOT USE THIS !! I lost lot of money that I could have received from other site.

We are sorry to hear you are having this experience with us. Transactions "disappearing completely," usually happens if there are returns or exchanges on the item, or order cancellations. If you opened a support ticket regarding this, we are possibly still waiting for a response from the merchant. This cant take some time, as they get a high volume of inquiries.
