The member was informed via our ticket support system that the transaction had not yet been paid out to us at the time of sending out our cash back payments, and that it will be paid out at our next payment run in October. According to our Terms and Conditions, we pay our members quarterly baes on transactions in their account that have cleared 90 days. EDITED 11/6/2024: The member was issued a large payout on 11/5/2024, as promised. The payments were processed by the end of October and take some time to deliver.

Mobeen, we were a bit disheartened about your perception of not seeming to care when we communicated openly with you the same day that you reached out to our customer service, and reached out to AliExpress immediately regarding your untracked order within 24 hours of you providing that information. There has been no defrauding of any kind, just our team going out of our way to communicate with AliExpress and resolve the issue. Please check your Hoopla account and email, as we believe this issue has been resolved to your satisfaction.

Patrick, thank you for reaching out. You will be getting paid this month, as you did not have over $5.00 in confirmed purchases by the cut off date for our quarterly last payment run. We apologize that the detailed records provided to us by Hotels.com contradicts your understanding of reservations and stays We will follow up with them, and are happy to share that information with you directly, but believe it is inappropriate in a public forum such as this.
