When I got a new Roku TV the app no longer worked. Customer support kept asking for the same information over and over, but didn't solve the issue. Will just be streaming Kanopy in future

We heard back from the merchant, and, unfortunately, we cannot credit this order to your account. This order was credited to another website. In the future, please make sure Hoopla Doopla is the final click you make before you make your purchase, so the merchant credits us at the referring website.

Great, great disappoint
After several attempts of buying products with Hoopla activation never received a cent. Decide to close my account and this has been done fast and with the help of support. Without this support to help close my account I would give only one star.

We are sorry to hear you are having this experience with us. If you opened a support ticket with us regarding any mossing orders, as we state in our replies, it can take quite some time for merchants to respond to us due to the high volume of inquiries they receive.
