Still missing cashback from 11 months ago
I'm missing cashback from 11 months ago. Throughout that time, my emails to their support are constantly ignored. No responses, no cashback, scam site overall. Following up with BBB now. Never use them if you value your time. EDIT: they made up another excuse. No resolution given. Do not use them. EDIT2: Cashback finally paid out (it only took a year of time and a few hours of effort). Nevertheless, thank you for taking care of that. I'm changing my review rating.

Update on April 8, 2022 - Dmitriy, we provided you with the information regarding the cancellation of your order, including the confirmation number provided to us. Regardless of that, in order to serve you, we credited you anyways, so that you can be paid despite the records provided to us. In other words, there is no excuse, just payment coming to you, so we would appreciate a truthful update to your review here. Thanks!
