DEPLORABLE customer service! Customer service seems to be nonexistent. I have reached out a number of times through the website and through email without receiving a response. The Honiture V8 Pro gave an impressive performance to begin with. Before, the year’s warranty was up, the vacuum failed to be efficient. It would not adhere to the programmed map, wandered aimlessly, would not navigate rises that were no problem in the early months. This was a huge disappointment in spite of regular maintenance and cleaning. Disappointed sums up my feelings about being ignored by the company’s customer service. I had higher expectations of the company’s integrity.

Order was delivered fast. Very happy with the vacuum cleaner, It's lightweight, not only a up upright clearner but also hand portable for the car. So easy to store and recharge.

Just started using it. So far, so good. Easy to assemble. Easy to empty and clean which is helped by the ability to entirely remove housing of waste container. Less messy

Ich habe den Handstaubsauger (akku) seit 2 Jahren und habe ihn wenig benutzt, da die Saugkraft einfach nicht reichte. Ich habe den Edelstahlfilter mit dem dazu gelieferten Papierfilter ersetzt und jetzt saugt er viel besser, aber leider geht der Papierfilter jetzt kaputt und ich finde keinen Ersatzfilter dafür. Außerdem ist der Handstaubsauber sehr sehr laut.

Had an X7 vacuum which has now gone wrong. Contacted customer services multiple times and never had a reply. Any guarantees you are offered from this company are worthless.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a vacuum bot from them in 2023 and already had minor issues in the beginning, when I wrote a detailed review they emailed me and asked me to take it down and would pay me in return. Now the bot won’t work at all and the support is not reacting to any inquiries and I’m unable to edit my review on Amazon because it was blocked, very suspicious.. Please just buy a bot from good companies like Dreame or Roborock.

I'm conflicted about this product. On one hand, the device itself is excellent for the price. The suction power is surprisingly strong, the battery life is perfectly acceptable for my needs, and the value is undeniable. However, my unit developed a significant flaw where the power modes started cycling on their own from high to low. The biggest disappointment has been the complete lack of customer support. I have tried to contact the company through multiple channels to resolve this under warranty, but I have received no response whatsoever. Conclusion: It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for." You might get a perfect unit and be thrilled with the value. But if anything goes wrong, be prepared to be on your own.

Battery charger stopped working after around 10 charges. Ordered a new one plus a spare battery. The charger took three weeks to arrive but the battery was not received at all. No response from customer service at all.
