The robot vacuum lasted just under the 1 year warrantee and now no longer works. There is no phone number to contact the company and the 2 different emails I’ve tried have not had a response. Do not buy from this company

Bitte hier nichts bestellen. Auch wenn die Produkte gut sein sollen, die Firma meldet sich einfach nicht. Ich habe ein Saugroboter in August bestellt, bisher nur die Ersatzteile erhalten, Roboter wurde zurückgeschickt anstatt zugestellt. per Mail meldet sich die Firma einfach nicht. Ich wollte zurückgeben (Widerruf), ich habe dann vorgeschlagen, nochmal für Versandkosten zu zahlen oder eine Teilrückerstattung zu bekommen, aber die melden sich nicht mehr. Auch per Paypal versucht mein Geld zu bekommen, wurde abgelehnt da laut Sendungsnummer „geliefert“… Ich empfehle diese Firma nicht, spätestens wenn Sie ein Problem mit dem Produkt haben werden Sie einfach keine Ansprechperson da haben. Ich habe kein Geld mehr und kein Roboter….

Touted as German engineering made, no Chinese plastic compared to other brands. Made by Sebo in Germany. Shipped from China 90% plastic. Guessing it might last 2 to 3 months.

We purchased our V8 Pro in December 2024. By July it was not working. Despite MANY communications to 4 different Honiture email addresses and social platforms they never responded. They’ve left me stuck. There is NO customer service nor standing behind their still warrantied product.

Purchased stick vac in May 2025 by August it stopped working. There is a warranty but impossible to get any customer service!!!! I do not recommend this company!

Stick vacuum power head stopped working after 1 yr. Contacted company to order new one. Was told delay in getting. I then canceled order. They would not accept a cancel and eventually sent me a new head.upon receiving,I contacted them to return for refund. Customer service is non existent. They stalled until 30 day period expired then advised they would not accept a return. Beware—worse customer service I have ever seen.
