Tried it right after receiving it. Setup was easy, and the noise level is acceptable-not too loud. Cleaning performance is great with strong suction. The machine is lightweight and easy to handle with one hand. Very satisifed.

After using it for a few days, I can honestly say it's a game-changer! Strong suction picks up all the dust, even under the bed where I usually can't reach. NO more bending down to clean - my hands are finally free.

Absolutely shocking customer service. You just get ignored. Avoid!

The honiture cordless vacuum cleaner cost us £179 - a complete WASTE OF MONEY. It just doesn’t clean properly. And it’s heavy and hard to take apart. And when you switch it off it deposits a layer of grit which you have to sweep up. This is a USELESS product. Don’t buy it, not if you want a vacuum cleaner that works.

Awful product . Purchased a cordless hoover under a year ago, suction is very poor and hardly picks up anything. Now one of the wheels is broken. Contacted customer service via their website but just getting automated messages. No tel no to call them 😡 I would not recommend this product or company.

Scopa elettrica acquistata su Amazon un anno fa ho contattato la honiture via mail (perche il n di telefono e' introvabile)perche la batteria non tiene piu la carica al primo reclamo hanno risposto di mandare la fotocopia cosa che ho fatto da allora probabilmente hanno visto che la scopa elettrica e' ancora in garanzia sono spariti nonostate le molte imail di protesta ma nebbia State alla larga da sta gente sono solo truffatori compresa la gentile Yoy

Purchased a Pro 7 cordless dint pick up properly from the start kept blocking up. Contacted customer service 8 times no reply to resolve the issue now £168 hoover on a shelf in my garage useless would never recommend 😡😡😡
