Gina Perkins was very helpful. Gina informed me when my order shipped and sent me a link with the tracking number. She followed up with me later, making sure that I received my order. Gina gave extraordinary customer service.

Incredible customer support
I contacted Honest Paws with a question about my autoship account and reached Gina. Gina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She also helped me place an additional order and even followed up the next day to make sure she had taken care of my concerns. I appreciate the level of customer service I received from Gina which I feel was above and beyond what most companies expect from their employees. Please extend my thanks to her!

Costs more, less product
I’ve bought the cbd calm bites a few times now and they really help my dog. I just recently bought another bag and I noticed the price has gone up but when I received the newest bag the size has gone from being 9.5 oz to 5.3 oz. It costs more money and yet I’m getting less product. They also changed the recipe without any warning. I’m hoping my dog will take these as well, but I will keep you updated.

Excellent customer service

So far so great!
So far so great!! Our cats are brother and sister and tend to fight, so I believe this has helped with aggression and it has also so far helped with seizures in our female cat, which is the main reason for trying it out.
