The shipping is on time
The shipping is on time. Product is not great- my dog still has limping and definitely arthritis .

Thanks Antonio!
Our beloved senior dog passed away the day before our monthly shipment was due to arrive. I contacted Honest Paws to cancel future subscription deliveries. Antonio was so helpful and not only got our subscription cancelled, but refunded for the delivery that was in route. This made a really hard day so much less stressful. Thanks to Antonio!!

I just had a great experience with customer service
I just had a great experience with my first order! I had a question so I contacted customer service, but had trouble hearing the rep because of a bad phone connection. So I hung up and called back a few minutes later. I spoke to someone else, who answered my question. All was good. Then I looked at email again and there was a super nice email from your rep named Gina, who was the one who I'd had the bad phone connection with. She apologized for the bad connection and told me she'd checked on my order and wanted to continue to help me. It was SO GREAT of her to contact me! I was very, very, very impressed with that. Then we emailed a few times back and forth -- she was wonderful and I just wanted you to know how much she impressed me! Thank you.

Green Lipped Mussel FTW!
Seems like the green lipped mussel powder has added even more benefit on top of the CBD oil we already give Levi!
