Got Mobility drops very quickly and it seems to make a difference for our sweet baby. She has a bit of limp, still trying to figure it out, xrays don't show much... don't want her to be in pain and don't want her to injure herself more if we mask the pain too much. She seems to be healing. We're happy with the product and it is so easy to give her as part of her homemade "toothpaste" or in her food, even on a spoon.

My dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis, and needs to avoid fat. I called and emailed to ask what the fat% is in the calming dog treats. Your rep flatly refused to tell me. Said he was not required to give me that info since it was not "food." Answered with non responsive info. Since I still don't have the info, please refund my last recent order of calming treats. I've been telling friends of my negative experience with your customer service.

I asked for help on an order with shipping problems. The support person looked at the tracking, missed the issue I pointed out and just put me off because the status said “On the Way”. The shipment is lost and while they haven’t confirmed this yet, it’s obvious from the timing and updates. The shipment is a supplement that I need for one of my dogs and I’m running out. Not acknowledging the issue is delaying the replacement.
