Never order from their website- try other venues. I am 10 days out still having paid expedited shipping. They are not reliable.

Truly a rare company
Truly a rare company. Excellent customer service with representatives who actually return emails ... very quickly! Ultimately the product didn't work out because my dog is very old, and the CBD naturally made him lethargic. Without me even asking, they refunded my $$ and didn't even request a return of the product. I will be purchasing other items from this excellent company, as they have many great products.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear our team could help, even if this particular product wasn’t the perfect fit for your senior pup. Wishing you both lots of happy, healthy moments together! 🐾 - Cyndy

After one of our young male cats was…
After one of our young male cats was sadly killed by a coyote our 10yr old male has never been the same! People don’t realize that animals mourn, he paces and literally meow yells at us a certain time in the evening to go out which we limit access outside now to daylight for our cats. He is non-stop to where it’s total absolute insanity!! This CBD has helped calm him down, we’ve tried other CBD & hemp brands and he would vomit after a couple of uses. We started with half a dose per instructions now up to a full dose. It’s truly amazing 🤩 we give as needed he is calmer now some days and doesn’t even need it. He deserves peace in his senior years.

We’re deeply sorry for the loss of your younger cat; it’s clear how much you love and care for your senior boy. We’re so glad to hear that our CBD has helped him find some calm and comfort during such a difficult time. It means a lot to know he’s getting the peace he deserves in his golden years. Thank you for trusting us with his care! 🐾 - Cyndy

Exceptional service and support
The response time was exceptional, and the response was as well. I use the mobility product on my 13 year old rescue who came with bad arthritis in both shoulders. He also has seizures. The CBD oil has noticeably helped with movement, and certainly compliments his seizure medicine. He did not do well with the calming chews, and a refund was immediately issued.

It didn't work, gave him explosive diarrhea
The one for mobility did not help my dog at all and gave him explosive diarrhea. I am so mad when you spend this kind of money on something that says it will help and you get these results. Never agian will I buy from them.
