We've been buying Joint Support Hemp Chews for our 12 yr old GS who has a really hard time getting up. It has worked really well for him and he looks forward to getting them twice a day. Also their customer service is great. Called yesterday about my auto-renew order and Jonathan was very helpful and said he would look into it and email me today...and he did!!! Thank you Honest Paws for helping my dog and great customer service!

I am a new customer. I have ordered CBD soft chews for my 13 year old English Bulldog who has mobility issues due to his age. On my 2nd bottle, I was asked via email to rate the product. I gave it the highest rating because it has truly helped my bully. Shortly after that, I got another email from them thanking me for the high rating and encouraging me to write a review. The email stated that in return, they would give me a $15 coupon. All I had to do was post the review and reply to that email that I had done it. Well, it has been 5 days. I have followed up several times - with zero response. BEWARE - they do not honor their offers! ** UPDATE ** They finally sent me the $15 discount. Thank you.

Be very weary of ordering from this company. They BAIT AND SWITCHED me. My dog has anxiety and I wanted to try CBD. I had a coupon for 15% off at Honest Paws because I was a first time customer, so decided to try out Calm Aid for him. Before I finalized my order I got a pop up offering a second jar of Calm Aid. Since my dog is big and it was recommended that I use 3 pills daily, I decided to add the second jar. Everything looked fine until I got the email confirming my order where I noticed that the second jar was not discounted at all - a classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I contacted the company immediately and the discount was not applied for the second jar. They did say I could return the second jar, which I did as soon as it arrived. However, when they received the return, they only credited me for the first (discounted) jar. After reaching out again, there had been complete radio silence. CBD may or may not work for your dog, but this company’s customer service is appalling. Go with someone else - some other company that actually appreciates their customers. Honest Paws has terrible customer service. I will never be ordering from them again.

Amy was dedicated to helping to helping me and completely kind and courteous. She helped me return and item because my pup is picky lol and get something a diff product that my dog loves!
