I have nothing but good things to say about Honest Paws! I run an animal rescue & have many animals that come thru w aging, health & anxiety issues; the CBD oil & calming treats (dogs love the Peanut Butter) have been wonderful!! I do see a difference when using these products so I encourage my adopters & animal lovin' friends to use them. The rescue is a licensed non-profit & as you can imagine, the Pandemic has made it a challenge to raise money. We've been unable to do our adoption & fundraising events, so wasn't sure we could afford to continue using their products; however, due to the outstanding customer svc w this company, they worked w us to provide discounts that will enable us to keep using these products for the furkids that come the rescue...so thankful!! Great company! :)

I'll start by saying that thorough customer service is becoming more and more difficult to come by. Recently, the majority of my customer service interactions have consisted of a customer service representatives having to be coaxed to get any kind of help from. To most, service means providing you with the easiest answer, like "no" and that's it but Honest Paws actually provides service in that they will look for solutions even if the immediate answer is "no" which I am really grateful for. Great customer service and great products that have worked wonders for our anxious senior dog are the only reasons I need to continue to purchase Honest Paws products for our dog.

I am giving 5 stars, not for the product, but for the company. I got the CBD oil with turmeric for my 14 y/o pitbull X because she has been on Meloxicam for 2 yrs, which can cause kidney failure and liver damage, plus digestive upset. I was hoping beyond hope that the CBD oil would work so I could get her off this potentially damaging prescription. I tried the oil for three weeks (information on the site said sometimes there are positive results in 10 days), but to no avail. SOOO disappointed! I contacted the company , explaining my (non)results, and about the 30-day money back guarantee. I received one email from one person about cancellation, and a second, very cordial from another as a "follow-up" to see if there was anything else they could do. I wished they could! They easily and promptly refunded my money, no hassle, no push-back. I have read that in humans, at least 3-4 mos necessary to see results. I understand that a company can't afford to give their customers a trial period for that long, but neither can I afford to spend that much money to find it doesn't work. Also, without it alleviating pain, my poor dog would be suffering that much longer. I have done trials on different kinds of products for myself and my dogs before, and on those that did not work, I had to return the bottle whether there was product left or not, which I found annoying and ridiculous, and costing me more postage! To what end? In any case, I had fully expected to have to do the same here, but there was no mention of doing so. This company truly knows how to treat their customers right, and I wished so much that I could have continued to support their business, wishing the oil had worked for my dog. Now I have her back on Meloxicam, and am quite unhappy about that, but without it, she can't get up by herself and has difficulty getting around. *SIGH* But HUGE thanks to this wonderful company!!!

The calming treats do seem to relax our pup and make him a bit lazier, sleepier and calmer (good for fireworks). Shipping was a little slow and the customer service rep, Jonathan, who reached out to me when I inquired was very reasonable and helpful. Will definitely order again with this company!

Not only has Honest Paws CBD Relief helped my senior chihuahua/terrier with his aches and pains immensely, but their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Even with Covid-19 slowing things down they respond literally within a day. Even when I made an error while ordering they were more than willing to work with me and help me rectify the situation. Thank you to Jonathan and the whole Honest Paws crew for everything they do. It really does live up to the hype!!

Azalea is wonderful! I left a message on the Honest Paws site asking how to pause my pup’s CBD delivery. I missed a few doses so I didn’t need next month’s bottle. Azalea replied very quickly and stopped my shipment. As I said to her, I wish every company I work with had such great customer service! Thank you!

CBD oil works great for me dog's anxiety. The customer service is great. I ordered two bottles and they were delivered to the wrong house by the carrier. I wrote their customer service and they sent me a replacement order. Definitely will be back for more.
