I initially looked around for a company to provide CBD products for my senior dog who was having health issues and was battling tumors/cancer. We wanted a company that we could trust to make our sweet girl’s last days comforting. We purchased the oil and the cbd bites for her. She absolutely enjoyed the wellness bites and she appeared to be in less pain and had some more energy. Unfortunately, she passed away due to the cancer/tumors before we could fully utilize both products for her. I called Honest Paws, wondering if it was possible to receive a refund as it was within the 30 days and my sweet dog barely used it as she passed. It did help to relieve her pain somewhat before she left. It brought us comfort that her last days were not in pain and she seemed to have some energy after using the products. Honest Paws was not only super sympathetic, they gave me a refund and suggested I could donate the products to another dog/shelter who would need it! They are a super company who really care about their customers and their pets! I highly recommend their company, their wonderful service, and if I would have another dog in the future, I will absolutely look to them for any wellness products. Thank you honest paws for being so understanding in my circumstances and for being a great company who cares about their consumers and their pets!

I am very happy with the service from Honest Paws! They are attentive and very helpful. My pooch has been taking Relief oil for the past 2 months and it seems to be working as far as pain goes. I have recently ordered the Calm Soft Chew Bites and will see if this helps with his anxiety and stranger danger behavior. I will keep you updated! I am new to Honest Paws & I am hooked. Customer service is as important to me as the product & their customer service is beyond amazing! I bought a few different calming products for my dog to try & have only used it once, so cannot speak too much yet about products. When I received the order the wrong oil had been sent. I called to initiate an exchange & since then the follow up by Jonathan has been outstanding!

My pup is an 11 yr old lab mix and has had anxiety since 4 months old. A half dropper of the Calm oil in her food in the morning is all it took to give her a little peace in her day. We have not experienced a true thunder storm yet but I’m hopeful this will help!

This isn’t a review I am looking for some advice....my dog who is a 4 yr old French is has epilepsy/seizures and is currently in medication....however I have heard about CBD oil and was hoping that someone might be able to advise which is the best available for his condition. But also is it safe to use CBD with medication,for example phenobarbital... Please can someone help. Many thanks Mark

I had an issue with my purchase order. I’m not going to lie, I was a little irritated at first with my experience. Without getting into it all, I sent a somewhat disgruntled email to Honest Paws customer service over the weekend and a follow up on Monday. I got an immediate response and it wasn’t some generic email that was auto generated. It came from a real person, his name is Jonathan A. Jonathan took care of my problem immediately and made the entire process a painless experience. I have always been a fan of the Honest Paws Company. Trying their newest Healthy Mobility oil and looking forward to writing another positive review.

I have nothing but good things to say about Honest Paws! The service and their products is nothing short from phenomenal! My black lab mix, Journey, has had hip and knee issues for a while now. It breaks my heart to see her struggle to get up and move with stiffness and pain. I came across Honest Paws Relief treats and knew I had to try them. To my knowledge, I found out Journey is a lot like her mama... picky. She wasn't interested in the treats. I tried every trick I could think of to get her to try them, nothing worked. I swallowed my pride and called Honest Paws and told them about my situation. They were wonderful and sent me the relief oil to see if that would work better. And BOY, Journey has been getting around and sleeping so much better now that she has something to aid her discomfort. I would want to give a lot of praise to this company for being so quick at responding and going above and beyond for their customers and our furry families.
