I have yet to get my order, but I reached out with a couple questions and the customer support was fantastic. They answered all my questions and helped me make sure my order information appeared correctly on my account (I fat fingered my email, oops!) I'm still wary about using CBD, but I have a dog in need of relief (serious back injury) so I'm hoping this helps him. I plan to update my review once we start using the CBD.

I had emailed CS because I noticed my shipment had shipped and I must’ve missed the email to allow me to alter it because I only need one bag of CBD chews instead of two! Immediately, Monday morning first thing I received a beautiful email from Ramiro who not only adjusted my account accordingly for the future but refunded a portion of my order even though it had already shipped over the weekend. I have used Honest Paws CBD chews for years now. The first time was with my aging miniature dachshund and they helped her arthritis and joint pain immensely and I truest believe we gained an extra two to three years with her because of this! She lived just shy of her sixteenth birthday. Now we have a giant Doberman puppy who I going through some growth pains, so I knew what to do right away! Whenever he has had a big day of being a pup or just seems sore to move, we give him a CBD to ease his soreness. It’s so important with a large breed dog to take care of their joint health early, and I believe honest paws is the best most affordable option. Not to mention when my dachshund PeeWee passed my order had just shipped and they refunded it and told me to pass it on to a friend. I was pretty tore up about the loss of my girl, but the ease of this process made it much easier to handle. I’m forever grateful to you all! Keep being amazing all of you and Ramiro especially and shinning your amazing lights bright for us all!

Honest Paws products are wonderful. I highly recommend getting bundle packs as each pet's intake tolerance will vary. The bundles give a budget friendly way to test different products. I needed assistance and the customer service at Honest Paws is exceptional. Omar was so helpful and quickly!

I was having issue with removing a subscription due to moving and not having a formal account. Ramiro was amazing in helping rectify the issue on all fronts from a customer service standpoint. Secondarily but more importantly, my pups love both the soft and hard CBD chews. Great product and helped them get over anxiety as work picked up and they were left alone more often.

I had ordered CBD Oil for my 12 year old girl BooBoo. Ramiro, assisted me via email.I emailed needing a refund as my pet passed away unexpectedly. He was understanding regarding my situation and provided me with a refund.

Re-ordered CBD which was never received from incompetent Post Office in Lady Lake, FL, despite USPS Change of Address
