**Correction from previous 1 star rating I left** Not realizing the chat system had stopped working I thought Ana had ghosted me so I left the 1 star review. Ana reached out by email because she could see the system had stopped working on her end. Had she not done that I would have never placed another order with Honest Paws. Ana offered a solution and my concerns were addressed. I appreciated Ana going above and beyond when chat system went down. Definitely 5 star service. Loretta

Honest Paws product and customer service
A while back I ordered Honest Paws CBD Calm for my dog after she developed seizures. The product worked beautifully, just as described. When she developed mobility issues, I ordered the CBD mobility. Unfortunately she passed away 4 days prior to it being delivered. I contacted customer service and representative Omar responded in a very timely manner. He was very sympathetic to my loss and immediately sent me what I would need to return the product. Today I notified him that I had mailed the product back and almost immediately he sent me a refund notification. As far as I'm concerned, Omar is an asset to the company.

Great service
Great service! Omar was so helpful and really nice. This was also a really helpful product. Our dog saw a bad car crash and was scared to leave the house. The cbd pills really helped her have less anxiety and we have been able to get her walking again!

Honey Paws is fantastic
This company's customer service is amazing. I spoke with Miriam Ramirez and she is delightful. I was very surprised when I had to cancel an order and they immediately responded and had the refund processed almost in the same day. Rarely does this happen with an online company. So this is a great company to purchase from and get assistance on when needed. Will absolutely be bookmarking them for future purchases for my pets needs.
