Fantastic
This company was highly recommended. Our orders are always shipped quickly, with the utmost care in packing. Our aging pup loved the flavor of the Honest Paws product where others fell short. The customer care is fast and friendly, we couldn't be happier.

great product, great service
The CBD bites for dogs are the only thing I’ve found that works to calm my dogs anxiety with fireworks and having new people to the house. Today I accidentally ordered two bags instead of one, and the customer service team emailed back within an hour to refund my order so I could place a new, correct one. The service rep was kind and helpful. Will definitely continue buying and recommending these products!

Amazing customer service
I am always pleasantly surprised when I email a company and they help me right away with exactly what I need! I missed my autoship reminder email and started to panic when I saw the order had shipped. I emailed customer service, explained what happened, and asked if I could cancel the order. They got back to me and said it was too late to cancel but they could provide me with a return label for a full refund. I’m going to be honest, that’s not what I expected. I made a mistake and without hesitation they made it right! They even took the time to answer additional questions I had about my other subscriptions. The customer service was above and beyond what was required. I’ve been an honest paws customer for years, their products are amazing (I have six dogs that can attest to that!) but combine that with the care and attention I received this week, I’ll be a loyal customer forever 🐾

Honest Paws Stands By Their Product
Honest Paws has been thoroughly amazing to work with. Unfortunately, their CBD chews did not meet the discerning taste buds of my cats but they were quick to respond to me inquiry and gave me a full refund! I would not hesitate to order from Honest Paws again in the future.

Super customer support!
This is my first time ordering from Honest Paws so I wanted to try the product with a coupon before committing to a subscription. Although HP’s coupons are broken (tried 2 coupons supplied directly from HP both in app and through website -both threw error messages), Miriam was super helpful and patient and stuck it out with me, eventually resulting in a satisfactory resolution. I very much appreciate Miriam’s exceptional service, and that gives me hope that despite the process being a little clunky, the service is good enough to get over any speed bumps. Now to have the dogs try the snacks! I’m hoping they yield some good results :)
