The CBD oil and chews are extremely helpful to my senior Dog who has mobility issues now More active during the day and sleeping more comfortable at night

Miriam was fine
Miriam was fine, but the 💿cbd oil and chews for cats was despised by my four cats. It seems there is no tempting flavor in either. I would like a refund, please. Contact date is approximate Margot

My pup didn’t have to skip his cbd because of my mistake
Ramiro and crystal helped me receive an order that I had sent to the wrong address. They immediately sent one to my updated address no questions asked! I’ve been ordering through honestpaws for a few years now, the cbd helps my aging pup. I’ts nice to know that I’m valued as a customer and won’t have to skip his much needed pain relief. Thanks

Quick action on an issue
I had been sent an email saying that I was entitled to free shipping on my next order. The code I was sent would not work. Contacted your company. Miriam said to submit the order and the shipping would be refunded. Answered my email same day and credited my account for shipping charge as soon as I let her know I had made the purchase. The amount of the shipping was minimal, but I did want to receive the free shipping and be sure that it was not just a ploy to expedite my purchase. I was very pleased Honest Paws made good on their offer and it was handled very expeditiously.

Our pet passed
Our pet passed, and we had unopened items that we wished to return. We spoke with Omar who was very helpful and guided us through with both phone and email communications. He even called to let us know the items had arrived safely.

Excellent Customer Service
I received a shipment of Calm for my 15 year old mix Lab/Chow. Unfortunately, the order had been put in a small box that resulted in damage to most of the contents (breaking, crushing). I contacted Honest Paws and they immediately apologized and offered a full replacement order. In less than 3 days, the replacement order has shipped. To me, that is great customer service. More importantly, it means my pup will be able to get his CBD doses and continue to add "spring" to his step!
