Unfortunately it didn’t calm my dogs 🫤…
Unfortunately it didn’t calm my dogs 🫤 my oldest had diarrhea each time I would give it to her. But like medication for us, some work and some don’t. It doesn’t mean the product is not a good one.

I reached out with a general question about administering cbd to my dog. Even tho the product was not an Honest Paws product, a rep from the company, Genesis, responded with helpful information. I appreciate her customer service, which is very important to me.

Disappointed
When I recieved my order all the treats were broken and since I ordered two bags to be shipped every 60 days I noticed that even if I put the pieces together there were not 30 on the bag, not even close to 30.

I really wanted to try this product for…
I really wanted to try this product for my bully of a cat, but he just didn't like the oil or the treats. I tried mixing the oil into his food, mixing it into Churu treats, and just putting the dropper in his mouth (he spit it out). Oh, well. If there's a way to make it more tasty in the future, I'd try it again, but for now I guess I'm out of luck. Miriam in customer service was very nice and helped me through the process of getting a refund. She wasn't pushy about making me keep it, which I really appreciated. I would shop with Honest Paws again if they ever came up with something my cat would ingest.

I LOVE this company
I LOVE this company, and i also love that the products can be found on chewy now. I have 2 basset hounds, the cbd relief bites have made a great difference in my 12 yr old and they help us not have to take medication all the time, the vet aprroved. The mobility powder is great and i have seen huge improvements in my 6 yr old hes way more active. I recommend Honest Pet to ppl all the time. Customer service is quick and helpful as well! Keep up the great work. And please never change products up like other companies do! Only thing i do wish is the auto ship had closer options like 2 or 3 weeks i don't personally like running basically out before i get new products cause DHL isn't the fastest.

Product too hard
Bought the same product that I have bought in the past, but these dog treats are extremely hard, compared to the previous batches and tough for my girl.

Wonderful products and service!
Honest Paws is wonderful. I love their products, specifically the Relief Bites for my dog. And the few times I've needed customer service it has been speedy and excellent! Especially fron Genesis, thank you again! I highly recommend Honest Paws!
