Dosage info and just info in general not that helpful. I feel like I am flying in the dark trying to figure out dosage for my dog with occasional seizures. Plus it's pretty pricey. They obviously spend a lot on packaging. That being said, I received one bottle that was leaking. Plus the bottle is SO HARD to open, many times I have to give it to my husband to open it. I do think it helps lower the incident of sizures, but it has not eliminated them. And he is still pretty high strung.

The chat box was not open, even though I live on the east coast and their hours showed CST. I was well within their time-frame. But instead, I had to write an email. That response answered my question, but I was forced to prolong my decision on my purchase.

I definitely think this was a better option for my dog as the arthritis pills that were prescribed from his vet was making him lose chunks of hair at a rapid pace.
