If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This website is an absolute scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Their website claims that’s they “strive to make every customer the center of attention” and will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. Ya, that’s all bullshit. It’s been over a week and crickets. I have not received any tracking information or an invoice. The only thing I have to show for this purchase is the charge on my credit card. It seems like the only thing they respond to is their negative reviews. The customer service team is probably so busy responding to all the bad reviews they get that they are unable to answer any customer inquiries. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company. The stress and aggravation is not worth it. Absolute scammers.

skeptic who is now a full believer
I was somewhat skeptical about buying countertop bar stools on line. Was concerned about quality, how they would feel when sitting, ease of assembly, and reality of color of fabric/ leather. The stools arrived 2 weeks quicker than expected, assembly took roughly 20 min for first one 10 for next, color was just what we wanted, and sooo comfortable overall. Really glad we took the leap of faith and purchased!

Nice little sofa side table that can adjust its height. It takes no space on the floor, but provides enough room for my laptop and cup of coffee, as well as quick and easy height adjustment.

While being honest
While being honest, the "ship in 24 hours" statement made me pretty skeptical, but they really did it - my 3 barstools arrived in about 6 days with no faults whatsoever.

Ordering was easy. Shipping delivery time was communicated up front. Product is very well made.
Online ordering was easy and straightforward. I ordered 2 sconces. They are very well made, priced well within market prices for sconces and are beautiful for our living space. I appreciate that I was informed at the time I ordered that shipping would take about 3 weeks. Tracking information was detailed so I could check on progress. They did come in on time and in perfect condition. Very pleased with my purchase.

This is not an actual home goods…
This is not an actual home goods website; it’s a front for junk e-commerce from China. I fell victim and ordered a light fixture over a month ago, which I have still not received. I was given a tracking number that claims to have delivered the item on one tracking site and is unrecognized on a second tracking site; the latter is in Spanish and the customer service bot says it can only help me in Spanish. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE.
Response from HomeyfadSep 7, 2026
Dear Amanda Haynes, Thank you for sharing your feedback. According to the latest tracking information, your package has been marked as delivered. Could you please check whether you have received it? We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shipping delay. Our customer service team has also contacted you by email with a compensation option. We hope to hear back from you soon so we can help resolve this matter. Best regards, HomeyFad
