It was easy to file and I got my reimbursement back quickly. But I was told by the agent on the phone when I filed the claim that all I had to pay was a $100.00 deductible. But when it came down to it I had to pay over $1,500.00 and was only reimbursed $650.00. I feel that I was very misled.

I have had no issues with filing claims or processing invoices and payments. You are easy to reach when I have questions, no long waiting on the phone, and no AI robot responses. Your process makes it easy!

The ease of the process and the customer service were great.

Customer service was great. The process to make claims is not. Having to pay $100 out of pocket for a derive call is boarderline too expensive. The idea of getting reimbursed defeats the main need home owners have for a home warranty. Many of us can’t afford the high costs of replacing a machine, the reimbursement amount didn’t cover the full cost of replacement. Home warranty is not an ideal company to work with. We are not staying.

Explained the process fully

I’m glad I received something and quickly from this warranty. The process to receive check was very easy. However the entire a/c unit needed replacement but I only received $1000. A/c units cost much much more than that. I spent a few months getting estimates and was fortunate to find an honest installer who allowed the low price of $6500. Still to receive only 1/6th of the total cost is a bit of an insult.
