Home Outlet DirectReviews of homeoutletdirect.com

I was going to buy from Home Depot but gave Home Outlet Direct a shot after speaking with their sales rep. She was very knowledgable and helpful with my appliance purchase... also was very patient as I did ask a lot of questions haha. I recommend HOD!

Absolutely fantastic company! I purchased a Zline cooktop and it had a small leak. Home Outlet Direct promptly took control of the situation and sent me replacement unit to my door within 2 days! Meanwhile I'm still waiting to hear from Zline. Home outlet direct also responded to my emails immediately with no delay. I'll not only buy all my future appliances from Home Outlet, I'll most certainly recommend my friends and colleague to do the same. They are a fantastic company with great customer service.

Omg hands down the best possible customer service representative i have ever in my life dealt with!!!!! So calm so nice even though she dealt with my indecisive self haha! Absolutely love this woman!!!!

Laura S. helped my husband and I when we were purchasing an appliance package for our kitchen remodel. She was SO exceedingly patient, informative, and helpful ... truly some of the best customer service I've ever received!! She has made loyal customers of Home Outlet Direct out of us. I look forward to chatting with her about future purchases.

Just a quick note to give the props Zack deserves. Spoke with him first and discussed options. Called back after decision was made but he was busy - left my name and number for a call back. After a bit, I became anxious withe regards to availability of specific hood so I pulled the trigger on the web purchase on their site. Spoke with Zack later when he returned call an explained that I had felt compelled to move when and I apologized for him not getting 'the sale', if they worked on commission basis. He was completely understanding and although there had been no value in for him, offered to remain on phone and answer any questions that I might have at that point. I was impressed by his maturity and professionalism. Well done Zack. He should get a raise and the rest of the week off. I am a custom cabinet builder and will be doing more business with HOD. Thank you

Laura S is a rockstar will send all my followers to her super experience

I’m new to dealing with Home Outlet Direct, but couldn’t be happier.I recently purchased an island vent hood , and When trying to make the purchase I found out the sale and promotions were discontinued . I called and spoke to Kelly, who was very polite and courteous, and I felt went out of her way to make sure l had a pleasant buying experience. I know people are edgy because of COVID, and it’s great to run across people who want to treat you like your important to them. I also wanted to thank Brittany for her help. Looking forward to receiving my vent hood. Thanks again.
