Bought an entryway bench that was too small. Did not even open the box. Called for instructions to return and was told there was a 20% restocking fee that was "clearly marked" on their web site which took me some time to find! Applied to delicate items and larger items according to their website but my rectangularly shaped box weighed no more than 35 lbs. Operator said that "it's what the guys at the warehouse charge to retrieve and return the item from the high shelving". The restocking fee amounts to $80 of my hard-earned money! Buyer beware! I've shopped online at Pottery Barn, Home Decorators, Wayfair, Hayneedle and others and have never been charged a restocking fee!

I was very sceptical about buying a large furniture item online without physically seeing items in real life. Only to view pictures online and it being my very first purchased from living styles.com.au I was very impressed with my purchased items being a TV unit and matching lamp table were in perfect order, packed well, and even delivered on a Sunday afternoon. They worked with me to make sure that delivery was exactly when I needed it. They were friendly and courteous throughout. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very hesitant about ordering something I hadn't seen and wasn't sure about how they would handle any problems with delivery. They were excellent. There was a delivery error but it was immediately addressed and when the product arrived it looks great and is a good value. I would definitely recommend them.

My first order was placed September 9th and I am still waiting...........the product arrived with manufacturing issues. Bubbles on the surface of the cabinet due to poor adhesive work and there where pieces of the veneer missing (not in the box so product shipped that way). After contacting customer care immediately and providing photos of the damaged product they sent out a new cabinet that again was sent with poor adhesive surface ( air bubbles in the front of the cabinet) pictures provided again and shipment refused. I have not received a response to my latest complaint and when calling the customer support line was informed that they are closed until October 7th. Afraid that they may be going out of business and I am left with no product that has been paid for. I am at this point thinking of sending everything back and requesting a refund. One of the worst online purchase experience I have had,.

I ordered a Caroline double sink vanity from HLS. When it arrived I was more than impressed with the quality and workmanship of the product. Great value for the price! I spoke with Jessica at HLS, she is one of the best customer service reps I've had the pleasure of speaking with. She confirmed my order, called me back with a tracking number, and advised me when the product would be arriving to my home. This was the third bathroom makeover I've done to my house. I've purchased from several on-line companies in the past and HLS is by far the company that offers the best product for your money and great customer service too!

I was really impressed with how I was treated at HLS. It was my first time purchasing furniture online and I was very nervous about the process. Kimberly @ HLS was really helpful answering all my questions and following up on when to expect delivery of my vanity, During installation, I noticed a knob was missing from my vanity. I called HLS and they had one sent out to me, free of change, the same day!
