I'm disgusted with express kitchens
I'm disgusted with express kitchens. This is my 3rd kitchen from them. I thought I would never use anyone else. I'm guessing it all fell apart after the old owner retired. I have to look at my new countertop and im disgusted how terrible a job they did. They ripped me off in so many ways. Hey Frank Davis where is my check for $150.00. Your FOS.

Dear Tim, We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience. We take customer concerns seriously and would like to clarify a few important details. During the plumbing reconnection, our plumber performed additional pipe work totaling $250, which was outside the original scope of service. This was explained and agreed to by you and the plumber at the jobsite. As a gesture of goodwill, Express Kitchens agreed to provide $150 toward this expense, and your check for $150 has already been processed and you should expect it by 10/31/2026.
