Our bathroom was leaking water for a week in our house. before it was discovered. It is adjacent to another bathroom. Well the floors had to be removed so suddenly we had no choice but to do a sudden two bathroom remodels of the 1969 decor. Of course time was an issue so anything we ordered we needed ASAP. In the past month I have ordered over 20 items from 10 different companies and I received the best customer service from Homelivingstyle. I called and spoke with Danielle and she was the greatest! It was a large and costly purchase, a Steam Shower so I was hesitant to order from just anywhere. I had researched it thoroughly and knew which brand and size I wanted and HLS had the best price, so I wanted to check to make sure I would get what I thought I was ordering. I explained to Danielle I needed it ASAP. She explained it would be coming from California and I lived in the Northeast so shipping is usually 10-14 days. This is what I heard from every company I called, also. Danielle said to contact her once I placed the order online to email her and she would call the company to get it shipped ASAP. Boy did Danielle do her job well! We had the shower at the house on day 8 and that was only because Danielle made herself available to me, the customer, and did all in her power to meet my needs. (It would have been delivered on day 6 if the freight company did not hold it on their dock for two days in New Hampshire.) Danielle never had an attitude when I contacted her on the status-just a reassuring tone and always responded to my inquiries by action and communication. I hope to purchased from HLV again as I could not have had a better experience. Most importantly, it arrived well packaged-no damage. Hopefully once assembled, plumbed and hooked up to our electric next week it will work as advertised.

I had a really good experience with company . I asked a million questions and they were able to answer all of them patiently and respectfully, even though I must have called like 15 times. I've never ordered online before so I was a little nervous. I felt so much better after I spoke with them about purchasing online.

I was very sceptical about buying a large furniture item online without physically seeing items in real life. Only to view pictures online and it being my very first purchased from living styles.com.au I was very impressed with my purchased items being a TV unit and matching lamp table were in perfect order, packed well, and even delivered on a Sunday afternoon. I was very hesitant about ordering something I hadn't seen and wasn't sure about how they would handle any problems with delivery. They were excellent. There was a delivery error but it was immediately addressed and when the product arrived it looks great and is a good value. I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a Caroline double sink vanity from HLS. When it arrived I was more than impressed with the quality and workmanship of the product. Great value for the price! I spoke with Jessica at HLS, she is one of the best customer service reps I've had the pleasure of speaking with. She confirmed my order, called me back with a tracking number, and advised me when the product would be arriving to my home. This was the third bathroom makeover I've done to my house. I've purchased from several on-line companies in the past and HLS is by far the company that offers the best product for your money and great customer service too!

I was really impressed with how I was treated at HLS. It was my first time purchasing furniture online and I was very nervous about the process. Kimberly @ HLS was really helpful answering all my questions and following up on when to expect delivery of my vanity, During installation, I noticed a knob was missing from my vanity. I called HLS and they had one sent out to me, free of change, the same day!
