It will break off your hair! I just opened this package this week due to a mix up with my housemate. I finally opened the package on Tuesday, washed my hair, dried it, and put this serum in and massaged everywhere because I wanted my hair to grow longer. Your serum did the exact opposite. Your serum broke off my hair. I did the test on my skin just as the directions said - waited an hour to be sure I wouldn't have any reactions. Then I put the serum all over my head and massaged. The very next morning, I went to brush my hair back into a bun and hair started coming out! Not your average loose strands but globs of hair! I want a refund and an explanation as to why this occurred. I am embarrassed, upset, and angered by what this bottle did to me

I purchased 1 bottle of the regular serum, and the 2nd order was 3 bottles of the extra strength which totaled 144.00, I'm very SAD to report to you. That I have had NO hair growth at all. However, I did purchase enough product to where I should have seen growth. I do whatever I can to support my black sisters and brothers. But.....This was actually a DONATION. Very disappointed in TEXAS

This was my first time ordering from this company, I only wanted the hair growth serum. However at the end it said "try our deals while waiting for your order to be processed." I get my total it said $41.00 they charged me the full $16.99 for the edge control. When I clicked the deal it was only $11.99. I wrote an email and to no avail was told there is no refunds and all sales are final. I will be having these charges off my credit card this is completely unacceptable. NEVER WILL I ORDER ANYTHING ELSE, THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR SCAMMING.

I order this product over a week ago, I still haven’t received it. I requested a refund they said “No” this is bad business. No I’m gonna do reviews all day.

I am shocked at a lot of these reviews I usually check my reviews before I order or place to order from any place but this particular one I didn't because I know know if up quite a few close friends and family that actually has ordered it and have had great results so to me that's a good review so again instead of me choking refused I bought a bottle of Hollywood Hair bar myself and I can't quite say I'm very impressed my hair has got twice and thicker that has grown a whole lot and it's still growing and only use one bottle so yes I will be ordering more bottles and I apologize and send my deepest condolence to the ones who have bad experience with this hair product I guess it's not for all people but there is more other hair products out there that you guys can try they and may turn out to be the best product for you guys..

I was about to order this product. I sent my mother and sisters their website so they could order their product to get help with their hair also. Then my sister sent me this website to go to read their reviews about this company. The website is scampulse.com. Type in their search engine the name of that company...that being Hollywood Hair Bar. Tou will see the many negative reviews people placed about this company. Don't allow yourself to be scammed people. For those who already have been, I am sorry. Use that website for future use. There are to many people out there who are more then willing to take your money and feel like they are entitled to it. We all work to hard for people to feel as though they can easily take advantage of us. Let's do our homework people. It's called due diligence.

I was really getting ready to order this product, but as I do with anything that I plan to order online I check the reviews first and I'm glad that I did the same before ordering this product. With the reviews given the majority of them being negative, I will most certainly not be ordering this product and I just want to to say to the manufactures of this product, if even half of the negative things are saying about your product is true, you people should really be ashamed of yourselves and need to stop promoting this mess. Luckily for you, this happened to people who only sought to write a negative review of your product, had it been me I would be seeking every person that you deceived, robbed of their money and defrauded them out and pursuing a class action lawsuit...

I do not believe a company is ripping consumers off like this. They have a no refund policy no matter what. I tried to cancel 2 seconds after I placed my order and that's when I get the email, NO where did I read that before I placed the order. Then I tried to send the item back, I never open the package and I can't find a return address. I'm filing a complaint with BBB, and having my credit card company to reverse my charges. $61.44 Where they do that at? NOT ME!! DON'T DO IT!! And beware when you get to the ordering final page they do pop ups so fast and you click not having time to read, that's the kicker.....I JUST WANTED TO TRY before I buy 19.99. My final order $61.44. Please.... Stay away.
