I purchased the serum about 6 weeks ago. After seeing it advertised on FB. I see no difference at all. I paid a lot more for the product than its listed price is today. Even with the cheaper price I will not be buying this product again. It frankly, hasn’t worked for me. Not to say it hasn’t worked for others!

I'm only writing this to balance things out. I have no idea if this will work for me as I just started 3 days ago but I wanted to address order issues. My only complaint is that there was no option to even plug in a discount code and the confirmation page doesn't give you the standard order review prior to submission option, so that's definitely negative. Having said that, it shipped quickly, product came intact and no leaking. I was charged appropriate to what I ordered despite not getting to use the advertised discount code I found on their Youtube advertisements. Yes,my scalp is a bit itchy but to be honest I assume that's likely a good thing as so much of it has been "dead"for so long. I don't understand reviews saying it made their scalp dry as it's oil based. Sounds like possibly a chemical reaction? I'm no scientist. I've not had any extra shedding since beginning or odd breakage. Yes the smell is strong, but probably a personal opinion as to whether or not it's bad. It doesn't bother me, smells a lot like old school Sulfur 8. So overall this is just to tell other sistas not to be afraid of being"scammed" in terms of excessively slow shipping or product not coming as ordered. I got what I paid for and it took less than a week. The USPS is BAD right now (I work in a department that's affected daily) so I think depending on where you're ordering FROM that affects timeline. Rubbish product bought it 3 times because of all the reviews does not work, only works if your hair is already in a good condition, mine is not, keeps your hair dry and brittle, no new growth after three months.

I was not aware that this product has coconut oil. My hair does not like coconut oil. It dries my hair out and makes my scalp extremely itchy.

For ALL of you that feel as though you have been scammed by his company and WANT your REFUND! Contact your counties DEPT of WEIGHTS & MEASURES!! They will get you your money back and possibly get this business closed down depending on how many cases. They will fax you a five minute application that you fax back. TRUST ME, I did this with that computer company BLUE HIPPO and the results were AMAZING!!

Stop, do not buy!! This product is making my scalp so dry and red!! It burns! Rice water, growth shampoo & regrowth serums is what I have. I've emailed the company and they will not give me a refund nor will they make it better. Save your money.

I was double charged and was told that I COULD NOT get my money back. NO REFUNDS. Also I could get my discount that was a lie!! I am so mad at this company!! 😠

I've been using the product about a month now and I haven't seen any growth at all. My hair is thinning so I applied the serum all over and to no avail have I seen any results. My hair grows faster on its on without the serum. I just wanted something for my thin area. Also I've noticed that it seems to dry my scalp more, leaving it very itchy. Oh well, you live, you learn. I can't support a product that doesn't work.its too expensive of an investment .
