Hi this is my review.. at first when I saw the reviews I thought let me try that product.. I did see some said that it made their hair fall out but, the ingredients look good, so I purchased it.. at first wow it made my hair feel wonderful.. I even called my sister in California and told her how great I thought it was and for her to get some.. starting about the third week I noticed my hair started to shed a little.. it began to get worse than that when I combed my hair even with a wooden comb.. it was a lot of hair coming out.. also it wasn't just split ends, it was the full length of the hair strand with the root attached. Even then I discounted it to Covid stress and my business as an insurance agent being slow.. but at this point I'm saying oh no... I threw that bottle out.. at that point I realized that my hair was actually falling out and thinning.. just sayin.

I ordered two bottles and was told that I could get a store credit tried to get the credit it doesn't work so I asked them to send me the bottle I've paid for and was told to screen shot my reorder but it's not letting go to the credit unless I pay for another bottle I'm disappointed with the company cause as much as you spend you should be honored by the purchase you have made without extra money

I almost bought this product but decided not to after reading the reviews. I just want to bring to everyone's attention that in the ingredients it does say dandelion oil or something like that so always read through the ingredients thoroughly because I see that a lot of people are talking about their scalping itchy. I am allergic to various different types of weeds so that also stopped me from buying this product when I saw that and it makes me wonder if that's what's affecting people who are having issues with this product as well. Just something to think about and just my opinion.

I'm glad I searched for the reviews. For all the people who believe they have been scammed ... please post this on their FB Page and report them to Facebook. Also, maybe see if you can put them on the BBB page. They seem to have a bunch of "rave" reviews about the products and how it's working for people, but the so-called "satisfied" customers never post any before/after pics. Big RED FLAG! Ladies ... we all know that when it works, we let the world know!

I received my order over a month ago. It was definitely not secured when packaged/ shipped so half of my shampoo spilled on everything. I took pictures and sent an email seeing if I can get it replaced. I received an email back saying could they receive pictures of it so they will replace it and ship it and it's now April no shampoo. I contacted the company the only provided an email saying my order was shipped and still nothing and no tracking number. As much money I spent on the order and how high the products cost u would think they would pack products better and respond back to customers about not receiving products promised to be replaced. So I will never spend another dime with this company. Tried to support black owned businesses being black myself but after this I highly doubt I will support this company in any way.

Didnt work for me at ALL I ordered extra strength like, I was told to do. I ordered two. I believe it only works for people who have hair on their head already. I severly have alopecia. No improvement on none of the areas on my head so congratulations to the people that it work for but it didn't work for me.

So my story is kind of old by a few months but I'm still gonna leave a review. -On January 8th 2021 I placed by order for the Hollywood hair bar extra growth serum oil and paid $50 for it. I tried to put in the promo code that was advertised on the website but it said it was invalid, i was thinking to myself "dats weird >:/" but later thought nothing of it. RED FLAG #1. -So then they told me my package would arrive on January 15th, but it never showed up and was returned to the sender bc of "insufficient address" when I put my apartment number and everything. I contacted USPS and they told me to contact the company and the company told me to contact usps and when i told them I did they basically just told me to "wait"...HUH? RED FLAG #2 -It's April 4th 2021, I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PRODUCT. I summited three missing package request to USPS AND THEY SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING OR LOCATE THE PACKAGE FROM THIS COMPANY? I AM CONFUSION?? MY PACKAGE IS ALL THE WAY IN IDAHO AND I LIVE ALL THE WAY IN SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA. when i asked for a refund they told me they'll give me "store credit" but i still had to pay for shipping? nah cuz. Red flag #3 im not spending more money on this company. also not to mention that I'm seeing so many women sharing how it doesn't even work! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. WANT TO GROW YOUR HAIR (im not sponsored) BUY 'PROTEINPOUF' THAT STUFF WORKS!

Read about this on Instagram, and decided to order for a family member. When ordering, and about to finish the payment, I got a pop up that said, “Your order is not yet processed, add an additional bottle for x price” and I clicked no thanks. Then another pop up, asking if I wanted to add another bottle, at a slightly lower price. Starts to feel fishy. So I dig a little deeper online, see that this is not a reputable company, and X out of the web page. They charged my card anyway, and refused to cancel the order (which I never actually finalized) immediately afterward.
