I ordered 10 iris rhizomes. When my shipment arrived the box contained someone else's order. I notified the company. They replied that the irises I'd ordered were now out of stock and they gave me a refund. Oddly enough, Tulip World, which is owned by Holland Bulb Farms, claims to have 93 of the same iris in stock, at a much higher price however. This company seems incompetent to me and I won't order from them again.

I ordered 180.00 worth of daylillies. None of the liliies came up. I contacted the company when I recieved the order because the plants where dried out and dead when they arrived. I sent pictures and called several times. They never did anything about it. I do not like this company and I will never buy from them again. Very bad experience.

Benn successful gardener for 30 years, Holland bulb refuses to stand behind their product guarantee! Time and energy to plant tulip bulbs, more money on bulb food and animal production, followed all instructions, none of them came up, yet bulbs from other companies planted years ago still come up.

After ordering the bulbs never arrived. Fed Ex also was not cooperative, but its routine driver said he had never seen the order. Holland Bulbs refused to be helpful. We had to cancel through our credit card.

I’d give them zero star. Scammy site, should never do business with. Should have checked their reviews first. Bought 8 plants, two were dead, three were so tiny, not even grew an inch after 2.5 months. They made me wait for 8 weeks before processing advertised 100% guarantee on the dead plants. Still no refund nor replacement plants but issued me a free shipping coupon instead. A bunch of dishonest and shameless scammers. They always have huge discounted sales, but cheap for a reason, because they ship you worthless poor quality products. You only end up wasting money and energy, and get emotionally damaged in return.

Horrible! Will never order from them again! Only about 5 out of 300 Dutch master daffodeven came up and they were so tiny they were smaller than regular daffodils. A complete wast of money and time planting! Ordered about 20 daylilies and only 2 came up! No tulips bloomed and they refuse to honor their grow guarantee

Had a very large garden area in my front yard, that I ordered a specific variety of cannas for and Holland Bulb Farm sent the wrong variety. Unfortunately, I did not know they were the wrong variety, until they matured, spread and bloomed. The were not only the wrong variety, color and height, but they were UGLY. Do these look anything like lush Lucifer Dwarf Cannas? NO!! They admitted they sent the wrong variety (I sent pics for proof) and refunded the money, but now I will have to hire a crew to come in and dig up the ugly cannas and replace them with something else. Holland Bulb Farm didn't offer an apology. They are a horrible company with little quality control and even worse customer service. Please do not order from them!! Tried to upload pics and would not allow.

I bought a variety pack of bulbs for $200. I planted them the day I received them. Instead of flowers growing, I grew weeds. I have weed guard so I know it came from them. Also, instead of plants/flowers, ground cherry plants started growing. I did not order them. They gave me some credits, but I asked for a refund and now they are ignoring me. I even sent pictures.
