Out of several hundred bulbs only one sprouted, the rest didn't even do that. I did exactly what they said to down to placement and fertilizer. When I received them most were rotten but I thought nothing of it and disposed of those and planted the rest. I contacted Holland Bulb Farm to have them make good on their 100% money back guarantee but was given the run around for several weeks and now it appears they want me to dig everything up to take a photo. Yeah, no. That's not happening. Don't buy from this company, they use fraudulent tactics at every point they can.

I placed 2 orders with Holland Bulb Farms late 2020 for some spring 2021 bulbs. Both orders were shipped in late January without regard for the weather. I had to wait until mid February to plant in north Florida because of freezing weather. When I planted, some of the bulbs were noticeably soft and I contacted Holland Bulb Farms since they claimed they offered a growth guarantee. A customer service person responded that since I waited 2 weeks to plant, no guarantee would be honored, even though they shipped way too early for spring planting. I ordered spring bulbs and plants from a variety of online companies and only Holland Bulb Farms shipped inappropriately. None of the items I ordered from them grew except one Begonia and it was the wrong Begonia. Everyone else I ordered from sent firm, healthy bulbs or plants at the appropriate planting time and everyone else's items are growing happily for me. I won't be doing business with Holland Bulb Farms again.
