I spent $50 on two little bitty half dead plants that came to me and I contacted customer service. These people do not stand behind their product at all. I cannot believe what they sent me in the mail and they are OK with it too. They refused to give me replacements or a refund, horrible customer service and they do not stand behind their products and they don’t care. I recommend nobody to ever buy from this company. You will be totally disappointed. If you do I think it’s very bad when somebody does not stand behind their products that’s enough to be said for me.

Ordered a 15 pack of stargazer lilies. Followed all planting directions, soil condition, temps, etc. most finally sprouted and when blooms began appearing they are some sort of pink Oriental lilly but they are definitely NOT stargazers. Pretty disappointing.

As a rule these folk ship what you order and I have success with the bulbs growing. Today I went to place and order on an established account and ended up fighting the captcha process for in excess of 30 minutes. They told me my network might be sending automatic responses, no it was me fighting their computer, and I would need to try later. I had to disable the shields on my browser and in the less than a minute it took to re-enter payment and do the captcha they loaded 37 trackers. Good work guys. I am seriously considering finding a new bulb company.

If I can give them a zero, I would. Plants I ordered came today after a few weeks from being ordered and arrived near death. I chatted with them and was told it's transport shock. Now, I've ordered multiple plants online and never have I gotten plants in this condition. The resolution they gave is to return in original packaging with me paying return and they will investigate and see if I can get refunded, but it is not guaranteed. I disputed with my credit card and money was credited back right away. I will never be ordering from them ever again.

Inferior Products/Will Not Give You Your Money Back. Check out their BBB rating. Right now I have filed a dispute with Paypal and trying to get a refund.

My honeysuckle arrived died. Several bulbs didn’t come up and all I got was an automated reply to my email. Terrible customer service department.

I ordered a fair number of plants for my first order and most of them were ok, however, one was completely rotten and had turned to goo in bag and the other had empty bag. After MULTIPLE attempts to contact and two letters written I finally was asked to provide pictures..How to take a picture of nothing...and as for the goo I washed it off my hand as quickly as possible I didn't think of photographing the mess in my hand. Finally they reluctantly agreed to give me a credit...so now I have to re-pay taxes and shipping...not worth it. I will never order from them again...I had similar issue with BRECKS and they responded immediately, and shipped me out the damaged plants next day, no shipping cost, no taxes...Shop at Breck's. NOT Holland Bulb Farms.

I purchased more than 15 different items, over 220 bulbs, and 8 of them grew and flowered. I called and spoke with a supervisor who informed me it was my yard or the way I planted them. I confirmed everything else in my yard grew and flowered as it should. They are giving me a credit for $300 to purchase more useless bulbs. I have ordered from more than 10 online companies, but this is the only one with 99.9% failure rate. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE
