This product really smells bad.
Why does the product have a terrible smell?

Beautiful bag
Beautiful bag! My niece loved it. Arrived several weeks after one of the others. 3rd one still hasn't been delivered. All ordered at the same time.

My experience was great because I ordered 3 monogrammed bags, one for me and the other 2 for my 2 sisters, for Christmas.... and even though I didn't receive one of them in time for Christmas due to a hold up in shipping, I thought the bags were beautifully crafted just as I thought they would be. I'd order from them again

Takes a long time to receive
I was super excited when I saw the advertised bags. They looked beautiful and I thought one would be very encouraging for me during a hard time. Be aware that there was long wait for the bag: more than 6 weeks. I wish we had been informed it could take that long before we ordered it. When it arrived, I was a bit disappointed in the quality. The straps are single layer instead of the double layer I am used to. I am worried about carrying anything heavy in the bag. I am also concerned that they will wear out and break much sooner than my last bag. I do appreciate the personalization and the leather construction as a whole, but I have realized that I prefer a bag with a fabric lining and zippers.
