This bag was a big disappointment
This bag was a big disappointment. Yes it fits what I need but the design is just printed on the leather and it's cheap leather as well. This product is not worth the price I have gotten much nicer bags for cheaper at the flea market. The reviews are not real.

Warn people that it comes from China
Warn people that it comes from China. That prepares people for a very long shipping. The product is beautiful and the time it took to complete it was tolerable. But the shipping was ridiculous. The tracker was useless. It showed my package flying from China to LA for a month. I won't shoo from Holistic bags again.

Hi Marie, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with shipping. We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when tracking isn’t helpful. While our office is based in the US, our manufacturing in Hong Kong allows us to offer competitive prices, but we know that can lead to longer shipping times. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope to serve you better in the future. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Smelly bags
I ordered 2 bags in November 2024, but did not receive them until January 2025. I had no idea these bags would take this long to be made and delivered. Please communicate shipping expectations with your customers. I received these bags in cheap plastic wrap, with minor damage on one of them. The shipping product should be more sturdy, especially when it's coming overseas. The smell on the inside of these bags is absolutely terrible!! So bad and strong that I have not been able to use them. I have been letting them sit outside in my garage for a week in hopes the smell disappears. The bags are very unique and nicely done, so hopefully I will be able to get the smell to disappear and eventually be able to use them.

We understand that waiting for your bags can be frustrating, and we apologize for any miscommunication regarding shipping timelines. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you can enjoy your bags soon! 😊❤️

Expensive leather bag that looks and feels cheap. The straps are not going to last long either. I don’t even think it’s leather

Don't get your hopes up. Found out after the fact it is a made and ship from China. Not USA made
Was excited when I ordered the product as order stated it would arrive in about 10 days - Took 38 days (20 days after Christmas). Also was supposed to be a buy one get one purchase. I received only 1 bag not 2. I also don't feel this bag is made from real leather as advertised. Needless to say I am certainly not a happy customer.

Did not get my full order.
When I placed my order I was supposed to get a free bag as a special bonus. I never got the free bag. Also, the order was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The only one bag I received arrived three weeks after Christmas.
Response from HolisticBagsJan 17, 2025

We’re truly sorry to hear that you did not receive the free bag that was promised as part of your order, and we understand how disappointing it is when gifts arrive late, especially for special occasions like Christmas. If you’d like to track your order or discuss the missing bag further, please reach out to us via email. We are here to assist you and ensure you receive what you were promised.
