I love my my bag
Now that I have received my bag I love it! Miscommunication misunderstanding about the free personalization and payment option for personalization of the bag along with shipping problems created an unexpected situation! Once Holistic Bags fully understood they came through and championed me a gorgeous product

I really like the design and the print on the bag. The verse is my favorite as an older adult. "Be still, and know I am God."

Received my bags
Received my bags. The bags are beautiful. I didn’t realize I was two different style bags. Intended for them to be the same style.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Answered all emails in a timely manner. USPS messed up and delivered to the wrong pave and holistic bags customer service people made it right and sent me a replacement bag. They really went above and beyond. Thanks!

I love the bag
I love the bag. It is a bit creased/dented, I hope it will straighten out as I use it. I would suggest for future bags, send them in a hard box so they will be straight.
