Made in China
My wife really likes the bag. I received an excessive amount of marketing emails. Also, I received an email with a picture of “Tom” that is supposedly their “artisan.” The tracking information shows that the bag originated in China. The man in the picture is definitely not Chinese. Why so misleading? I don’t care that the bag came from China.

Not happy with my purchase
I was unable to track the shipment and when the bag arrived it smelled/still smells horrible. I had to take it outside and spray it with Febreeze. I will have to wait a while before I can use it. It does not seem very sturdy, I will not recommend this product

The quality is very nice but I do not like that it was not made in the USA
The quality is very nice but I do not like how the company portrays themselves as a US Company especial with the picture of the artisan who is suppose to be designing it. A bit over the top Id say. Because the bags are made in China. I do not think I would have purchased if I had known.

I didn't believe the quality of the items are what I was led to believe I was getting'
I didn't believe the quality of the leather up to what I was led to believe. for what I received I felt it was way over priced. I would not recommend anyone to pay this price and wait this long to receive similar items. they look like vinyl - not what I was expecting.

HolisticBags Needs To Bundle Their Orders!
So far the products that I have received are very very nice. The problem is the shipping method. It would be nice if HolisticBags could bundle these orders where we can get all the products at once when ordering more than one product. Waiting for each product to be delivered individually takes too long when giving as a gift to someone. Also, this type of shipping takes the exciting and fun out of trying to surprise someone or giving them a gift.

The last letter was left off my name…
The last letter was left off my name that I paid for. I felt the quality was not commensurate with the cost - it did not seem to be genuine leather and the zipper on the wallet came broken.
