Dear Vivian, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the delays you've encountered with your order and understand how disappointing it is not to have your handbags in time for Christmas. Regarding the unpleasant odor, this can sometimes occur with new leather items due to the natural materials used. We recommend leaving the bag outside in a well-ventilated area for a few days, which often helps to reduce any lingering smells. We understand your concerns about returning the items, especially with the short time frame. If you have any issues or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We’re here to help and want to ensure you have a positive experience. Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope the remaining bags arrive soon!
