Exorbitant fees mean the resorts offer poor value, and we are now trapped in a never-ending obligation that they refuse to release us from. I deeply regret entering into a contract with this company, as they are unequivocally the absolute worst. My strong advice to others is to stay far away from this absolute nightmare!

I honestly regret buying a timeshare with Holiday Inn. It ended up costing me a lot more than I expected because of all the extra fees that kept coming up. On top of that, it's been really difficult to book vacations when I actually want to travel, so I've only been able to use it once. Most of the locations I can book require me to fly and rent a car, which just adds even more expense and hassle. What I thought would make vacations easier has actually become a financial burden. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend buying a timeshare from Holiday Inn.

The cost of the membership far exceeds the price of booking your own vacations to any destination you choose. I truly regret being swayed by their presentation

I am so glad that I saw this before taking my trip. I booked a stay in 2025 for a friends wedding and was contacted by sales team promoting a 4 day stay for $250 at one of there resorts at a Florida resident special. Come to find out, the stay is at a 2 start hotel in a different city. Not at the Holiday Inn resort BEING SOLD TO US LOL Glad I found these reviews before we went, going to print some out and ask these clowns to respond to some. I’ve seen many shady business practices in my days, but I truly believe a class action lawsuit is coming for Holiday Inn Vacation Club, cause this is simply a scam

In signing a contract with this company is a decision we regret. Their service is the absolute worst ever. They simply refuse to let us exit the agreement, and for that reason we must strongly agree to caution others against using them!

I have had some good stays with them, but the company over-all is a timeshare scam. They bought out silverleaf resorts, doubled the fees and went from 15 locations down to 4we were allowed to reserve at. Their customer service can be rated as low as it gets. Hold times, and rude behavior. They are nothing but nice scammers. I feel like a fool to ever of bought a timeshare. They really should be illegal.

I am filled with deep regret for entering into this contract. This company has been absolutely terrible to deal with, as they flatly refuse to release me from our agreement. I cannot stress enough how much I advise others against using their services; they simply will not allow me to get out of it!

It is impossible to find a resort. I have looked at all properties and there is nothing to book the rest of the year. You can go on Travelocity or similar and see they have vacancies, just not for club members. What a scam! we were thinking the reputation of holiday inn would translate to a great program. After i figure a way to somehow use this useless package I’ll never stay at a holiday inn, ever
