I've been using them in my rugby games and during ski sessions for three months now and the feeling is fantastic. After several ours, the strip still stays in my nose unless i remove it intentionally. The shipment was trully fast (i am from spain) and they send you some interesting "tip emails" about breathing while waiting. Great experience for now!

I've tried several nasal strips and this is definitely the one that lasts the longest. I often shower with the strip and it's still intact. It's definitely the best I've tried.
