I have tried many other brands and most of the ones you see advertised online. I used these and instantly they were phenomenal, they hold better, I can wear them at the gym or at the sauna and they don't fall off, they also open my airways the most out of all of them

Utilizo las tiras HiStrips para entrenamientos de carrera, se nota mucho la diferencia en la respiración una vez pones la tira, además son de buena calidad en comparación con otras marcas, si te las pones bien y con la piel limpia duran mucho tiempo a pesar del sudor. También ayudan a respirar mejor cuando estás un poco resfriado

Lo super recomiendo! En casa lo usamos tanto mi chico, como yo. El es un roncador nato, cual bulldog haha y de verdad que antes no conseguía dormirme si el lo hacía antes que yo, ahora es maravilloso e incluso el dice que descansa mucho mejor. Yo lo utilizo para salir a correr. Soy asmática, y correr siempre ha sido bastante dificil para mi, pero desde que uso HiStrips, he mejorado tanto mi técnica de respiración que ya logro hacer 15k sin ahogarme!
