I’m a padel player, and I can say this: HiStrips last through every match, no matter how long it goes. They stick. Of course, it’s not magic. You simply get better airflow. That’s a fact you feel immediately. And that little bit of extra air makes a big difference over several hours of play.

started using HiStrips during my workouts, especially in high-intensity sessions, and I can honestly say they make a real difference. I’ve been using the Histrips pink nasal strips for a few weeks now and the difference is unreal. The increase in air intake is genuinely noticeable. I can breathe deeper, recover faster between efforts, and stay controlled when the turbo trainer sessions get intense. They sit comfortably on my nose, stay on even when I’m dripping with sweat, and I can feel my chest opening up far more than normal. They’ve absolutely enhanced my turbo training sessions and made indoor riding feel smoother, stronger, and more efficient.
