This stuff really does work! I thought the moth tape and nose strips stuff was a gimmick but my sleep, recovery, and workouts have never been better. The quality is fantastic and the strips + mouth tape ALWAYS stay on which is rare for these products. Loved it for my marathon prep and I will be using more.
