Really appreciate the honest feedback 🙌 The fact that you immediately felt the difference and noticed it again the second the strip came off during the run, says a lot 😤💨 That’s exactly the airflow improvement we aim for. For the adhesion, holding it firmly for around 30 seconds after applying usually makes a huge difference, especially before sweaty sessions. Clean, dry skin with no oils or moisturizer also helps maximize the grip. Glad you’d still recommend them, and thanks for giving such balanced feedback 🖤
